Responsibilities
- Assist the DevOps team with daily software deployment and system monitoring tasks.
- Conduct technical research to support ongoing projects and infrastructure improvements in the Pacific Northwest region.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM database and assist in client onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow efficiencies and implement solutions.
- Participate in agile sprint meetings and contribute innovative ideas to product development.
- Support QA testing to ensure the highest quality standards for our client deliverables.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and basic coding concepts (Python or HTML preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be available to work flexible summer hours including occasional weekends.
