Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and checkout processes in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Sales Support: Support the sales team by processing transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Inventory Management: Participate in regular inventory counts and stock audits to ensure accuracy.
- Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising standards to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure store goals are met daily.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (graduating class of 2024/2025).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during the summer months.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using computers, tablets, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be willing to work on-site at our Orlando location.
