Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data in our CRM system.
- Attend weekly training sessions to enhance professional skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quarterly departmental goals.
- Represent the company at local community events and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia office.
