Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with daily social media campaigns and content creation.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor data to support strategic decisions.
- Manage and update internal databases and customer records with high accuracy.
- Coordinate logistics for summer events and team-building activities.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Learn and utilize CRM software to track client interactions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School diploma program.
- Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week during the summer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose office.
