Responsibilities
- Assist the administrative team with daily operations and project coordination.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital records.
- Support customer service initiatives by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new ideas.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations for management review.
- Help organize and coordinate company events and community outreach activities.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and the workspace is organized.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
