Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in writing clean, efficient, and scalable code for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Support data analysis efforts by gathering, cleaning, and interpreting complex datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Document technical processes and user stories to ensure clear communication across the organization.
- Attend internal training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology and a desire to pursue a career in the tech industry.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) or web development frameworks (e.g., React, HTML, CSS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace (Hybrid/On-site role).
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week.
