As a Summer Intern, you will be fully integrated into our engineering culture, attending daily stand-ups, participating in sprint planning, and presenting your work to the team. This is an opportunity to build your portfolio, network with industry leaders, and potentially secure a full-time offer upon graduation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable software features using modern languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to drive project momentum.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA engineers to define project requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to our coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and engage in pair programming sessions to learn from senior developers.
- Investigate and resolve bugs in existing systems to improve application stability and performance.
- Attend technical workshops and internal training sessions to accelerate your professional growth.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a desire to learn.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the 12-week summer program.
