What You Will Do:
- Assist the marketing team with SEO research, keyword analysis, and content optimization.
- Support the IT department with basic troubleshooting and system maintenance tasks.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly team meetings to track project progress.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities in the local Colorado Springs market.
- Help create and manage social media content calendars.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve our digital presence.

Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and audit existing web content for optimization opportunities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of local SEO strategies.
- Analyze website traffic data and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Update internal databases and assist with administrative tasks.
- Support the design team with basic graphic editing and asset preparation.
- Attend and document notes from client meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Ensure all digital assets comply with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior preferred).
- Strong interest in digital marketing, IT, or business operations.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Google Analytics is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months (June - August).
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
