Responsibilities
- Support data analysis initiatives using Excel and Google Analytics
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns for local community events
- Conduct market research on Wisconsin consumer trends
- Coordinate logistics for summer outreach programs
- Create content for social media and internal communications
- Participate in cross-departmental project meetings
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports
- Shadow senior team members to understand operational workflows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (any major)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week during summer months
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
