Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with social media content creation and basic graphic design tasks.
- Conduct market research and compile data into organized reports.
- Shadow team members during meetings to understand daily workflows and project management.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools and CRM systems.
- Support administrative operations, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (must be able to work Summer/Fall).
- No prior professional experience required. We value attitude and enthusiasm over experience.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new technologies.
