Responsibilities
- Assist the operations and administrative team with daily tasks, including data entry and file management.
- Support project coordination by scheduling meetings and preparing presentation materials.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and update internal databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Learn and apply basic software tools and office equipment operation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate student preferred).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation to the Research Triangle Park location.
