Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers in designing, coding, and testing software applications under supervision.
- Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve coding standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot code to ensure software stability and performance.
- Document technical processes and maintain clear communication with the team.
- Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with project goals.
- Contribute to sprint planning and agile development processes.
- Explore new technologies and tools relevant to current projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the summer program.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (Python, Java, or C# preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
