Responsibilities
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects using agile methodologies
- Conduct market research and data analysis for business strategies
- Assist in developing software solutions under senior developer guidance
- Create marketing campaigns and social media content
- Participate in daily stand-ups and project retrospectives
- Document processes and maintain project wikis
- Present project findings to department leadership
- Shadow professionals across different business units
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a U.S. college/university (any major)
- Available for 15-20 hours/week through Fall 2023
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Excel/Tableau)
- Passion for learning and problem-solving
- Ability to work in both collaborative and independent settings
- Valid U.S. work authorization required
