Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and development teams with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to support strategic planning.
- Update and maintain internal databases and project management systems.
- Help draft and edit content for newsletters, social media, and the company website.
- Attend team meetings and client calls, taking detailed notes and preparing summaries.
- Support the execution of summer campaigns and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior, Senior, or recent graduate).
- Major in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
