Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Support team with daily troubleshooting, hardware installation, and software configuration.
- Monitor system performance and maintain accurate logs of technical issues and resolutions.
- Participate in network security audits, data backup procedures, and system updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical solutions for business challenges.
- Prepare technical documentation and weekly progress reports for management review.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees using digital tools and internal systems.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance technical and professional skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of basic computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic scripting languages is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff and management.
- Must be available for a full-time summer commitment (12 weeks) starting in June.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for occasional off-site tasks.
