Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external events and campaigns.
- Update project tracking systems and maintain accurate digital records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Prepare presentation materials and reports for weekly team meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program.
- Must be available for the summer session (June through August).
- Strong desire to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
