Responsibilities
- Coordinate student outreach programs for local youth initiatives
- Support event planning and execution of campus/community workshops
- Assist in data collection and analysis for program evaluation
- Collaborate with faculty on curriculum development for summer programs
- Manage social media content for student engagement campaigns
- Participate in cross-departmental project teams
- Document program outcomes and prepare progress reports
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent academic standing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Interest in education administration or community development
- Available 20-25 hours/week for 10-week program duration
- Valid California driver's license preferred (for local travel)
