As an intern, you will work directly with senior mentors on real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic tech environment. We are looking for driven individuals ready to commit to a full-time schedule from June through August, with the potential for a conversion to a full-time role upon graduation.

Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers and developers in the design, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic business decisions.
- Participate in agile sprints and daily stand-ups to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and internal knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, IT) to improve user experience and system performance.
- Handle data entry, reporting, and administrative support for department operations.
- Attend weekly training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry technologies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, or SQL).
- Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours/week) during the summer months without conflict.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
