Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and senior developers in the execution of strategic initiatives and daily operations.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support business development efforts.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry workshops to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Support client communication and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Manage administrative tasks and documentation related to ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward learning new tools.
- Ability to work full-time hours during the summer months (May – August).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to office locations in Fort Worth or North Carolina.
