Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software solutions or marketing strategies under the guidance of senior staff.
- Data Analysis: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights for business decisions.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation, user guides, and project reports to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Code Review & Debugging: Participate in code reviews, identify bugs, and contribute to the optimization of existing codebases.
- Client Support: Support internal clients and external stakeholders by troubleshooting issues and providing technical assistance.
- Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at an accredited university.
- Major: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- GPA: A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++), web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), or relevant software tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (35+ hours per week) during the summer months.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning.
