Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Document technical specifications and user stories for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the deployment of applications to cloud environments and monitor system health.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Must be available to work full-time for the duration of the summer internship and meet all college credit requirements.
