Responsibilities
- Assist the engineering team in the development and testing of software applications.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and workflows.
- Participate in agile sprints, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning sessions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentation materials for senior leadership reviews.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Document code and processes to ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) during the summer months.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
