Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Assist senior project managers in coordinating daily operations, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights for business strategy and performance reporting.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis and market trend research to support the sales and marketing teams in Louisville and beyond.
- Client Relations: Support the customer success team by managing communications, preparing client presentations, and assisting in account management activities.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to improve workflow efficiency and team productivity.
- Reporting: Create weekly progress reports and executive summaries to keep stakeholders informed of project status and key metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Finance, and Operations departments to ensure alignment on company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- GPA: A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
- Experience: Previous internship experience is a plus, but we value raw talent and a hunger to learn just as much.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, full-time professional environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the summer program.
