Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers and engineers in designing, coding, and testing software solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project requirements and technical documentation.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to track progress.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers.
- Prepare and present progress reports and demo presentations to stakeholders.
- Learn and implement industry best practices for software development.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduating between December 2024 and June 2025 (or currently a Junior/Senior).
- Strong understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks and database systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation for on-site work.
