Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in a production environment.
- Analyze user data and market trends to suggest innovative improvements to our products.
- Attend technical workshops and training sessions to enhance your skill set.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Familiarity with modern web development frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Django).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer months.
