Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications and software solutions.
- Analyze user data and business metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for product improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and agile sprint planning meetings.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Document technical requirements and user stories for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer months (May - August).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Current student ID or proof of enrollment required.
