Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications using Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Present technical findings to stakeholders through clear documentation
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation initiatives
- Maintain code quality through peer reviews and testing protocols
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Must be able to receive academic credit for the internship
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/JavaScript preferred)
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work 40 hours/week for 12 consecutive weeks (May-August)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Git/GitHub or version control systems
