Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare technical documentation and project reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and product functionality.
- Support the quality assurance process by identifying bugs and suggesting improvements.
- Manage social media channels and assist in content creation for marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic programming concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in exploring career opportunities in the Philadelphia and Ohio markets.
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer.
