Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews for technical positions.
- SEO Research: Conduct keyword research and analyze competitor strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Content Creation: Help draft and optimize job descriptions and blog posts for our careers page.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts to promote open positions and company culture.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends in the Tucson and broader US markets.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Marketing, HR, Communications, or related field).
- Experience: Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
