Responsibilities
- Assist with guest check-in/out processes and concierge services
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown for conferences and weddings
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvement initiatives
- Conduct property tours and assist with VIP guest experiences
- Support digital marketing campaigns for hotel promotions
- Complete daily operational reports and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in hospitality, tourism, or business program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license (for property transportation duties)
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (Opera/Fidelio preferred)
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
