Apex Innovations Group is seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern for our Indianapolis operations. We are offering an Immediate Hire opportunity for students who want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is paid and eligible for College Credit.

Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Support daily operations and special projects under the guidance of senior mentors.
- Data Analysis: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making.
- Technical Documentation: Help maintain and update technical specifications and project documentation.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure project alignment.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and managing internal and external company events.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing preferred).
- Credit Requirement: Must be able to receive college credit for the internship.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time (35+ hours/week) during the summer months.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HTML/CSS or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team setting.
