Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters with candidate screening and initial phone interviews.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support hiring strategies.
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with high accuracy.
- Support the marketing team in creating engaging content for social media and newsletters.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Organize and maintain candidate databases and recruitment materials.
- Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be available to start immediately.
