Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations teams with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Attend team meetings, take detailed notes, and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Support the onboarding process for new team members and assist with general office operations.
- Monitor social media channels and assist in creating engaging content for our audience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in any field of study.
- No prior professional experience is required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn above all else.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months (May – August).
