Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing software solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze market data to support strategic decision-making and business reporting.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and process guides.
- Research: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product management.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (preferred for technical roles).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or familiarity with data analytics tools (Excel, SQL).
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive attitude.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time for the duration of the summer (May through August).
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Colorado Springs, CO.
