Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and development teams with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support business strategy.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions for client projects.
- Learn and utilize industry-standard software and tools under supervision.
- Update internal documentation and assist in organizing team events.
- Support the technical support team in troubleshooting basic client inquiries.
- Shadow senior employees to understand the workflow of different departments.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman to Senior year).
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer.
- Strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid student ID or proof of enrollment.
