Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac devices.
- Manage and track IT helpdesk tickets using our ticketing system.
- Conduct basic computer setup and maintenance for new hires.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team on various departmental projects.
- Research and recommend new software tools and security updates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
