Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team with hardware and software troubleshooting for end-users.
- Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wireless connectivity.
- Participate in system updates, patch management, and security audits.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Support the deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Conduct basic user training sessions on software applications.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows 10/11 and basic Linux commands.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
