Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and content team in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Support the daily operations of the sales department by managing CRM databases and scheduling client meetings.
- Prepare and present weekly progress reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative marketing materials and social media content.
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, file organization, and correspondence.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for upcoming projects.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and software tools.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer.
