Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors in a high-traffic environment.
- Assist with daily operations including stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and organization.
- Support event coordination and setup/breakdown for corporate functions and parties.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit payments accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a welcoming and safe atmosphere for all patrons.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age (valid ID required).
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
