Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing software applications.
- Analyze user feedback and requirements to improve system usability and performance.
- Conduct technical research and prepare reports on industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and update existing codebases and technical documentation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must be available to work full-time or part-time during the summer months (June - August).
- Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
