Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team in optimizing web content for search engines (SEO) and improving site performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities in the Louisville and Ohio markets.
- Support daily administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and file management.
- Monitor social media channels to engage with the community and promote company initiatives.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations highlighting internship progress and key metrics.
- Collaborate with senior staff on ongoing recruitment campaigns and talent sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit for the internship program.
- Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, or SEO concepts is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week during the summer months.
