Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist the operations team with daily tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to ongoing projects by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing presentation materials.
- Client Relations: Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide general support to ensure a professional office environment.
- Market Research: Help gather and analyze local market data to support business development strategies.
- Social Media Engagement: Assist the marketing team in scheduling posts and monitoring online engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and learn new processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School, a College/University program, or a recent graduate (Associate's or Bachelor's degree).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours during the Summer and/or Fall seasons.
- Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
