Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing software applications using modern technologies.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct research on emerging industry trends and propose innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Document technical requirements, architecture, and process improvements for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to define feature requirements.
- Maintain and debug existing codebases to ensure system stability and performance.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and presentations to share learnings with the management team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Enrolled as a rising Junior or Senior (or recent graduate) with a graduation date between May 2024 and May 2025.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative attitude.
