Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and network traffic overnight to ensure optimal uptime.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for internal clients.
- Document nightly incident logs and generate detailed reports for the day shift team.
- Perform routine quality assurance testing on software applications during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to identify process improvements for night operations.
- Support the data entry and database management requirements of the department.
- Participate in weekly team stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic scripting languages (Python or Bash) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic understanding of networking protocols and operating systems.
