Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shift operations
- Assist with network troubleshooting and incident response
- Document system performance metrics and create daily reports

- Support deployment of software updates and security patches
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with senior engineers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient with Windows Server and Linux command line
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Available for 3+ nights per week during summer/fall semester
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
