Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shift hours
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for enterprise clients
- Document system configurations and operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security audits
- Support data center operations and backup systems
- Participate in agile sprint reviews and stand-ups
- Create technical documentation for internal knowledge base
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with Linux/Windows operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for 3-4 nights per week (30+ hours/week)
- Must have reliable transportation to downtown San Diego
