Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot server performance and network infrastructure during off-peak hours.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal clients and external stakeholders via remote channels.
- Maintain accurate documentation of nightly system logs, incident reports, and resolutions.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of software updates and patches.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and knowledge transfer.
- Participate in nightly security audits and data integrity checks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts, operating systems, and help desk software is a plus.
