As a Night Shift Intern, you will play a vital role in maintaining our operational excellence during off-hours. You will work closely with senior staff to support technical functions, ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist the night operations team with technical support and troubleshooting issues.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies or outages immediately.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams during the day shift handover.
- Complete assigned training modules related to night operations and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of daily activities and incidents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders via chat and email.
- Participate in weekly intern meetings and skill-building workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
