Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system logs and data streams during night shift operations.
- Assist senior staff with troubleshooting technical issues and system maintenance.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve overnight operational hurdles.
- Prepare and submit daily performance reports to the operations manager.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor's degree program in IT, Logistics, or a related field.
- Availability to work night shifts (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM) for the duration of the summer.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, network protocols, and hardware.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
