Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system alerts and performance issues during overnight hours.
- Assist in data entry, report generation, and database management tasks.

Qualifications

- Must be available to work evening and night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Must have reliable transportation to the Raleigh facility.
